Notes about the shift in general:

 At the start of the day, we were mostly serving pizza slices, but from 2:00 PM onwards, whole pizzas started going out in large numbers; the orders just kept coming. It got busier at 3:00 PM. Seeing how busy it was, I asked Juan if he could come in for the evening shift—since he has fewer scheduled hours—and he agreed. We did some restocking out front around 5:00 PM, even though the orders kept pouring in. When the afternoon crew arrived, I used the time to place the Houston Avocado order for Wednesday and helped the team out. The orders didn't stop; it was overwhelming around 6:00 PM. I started managing the breaks, and the whole team got theirs taken; the workload finally slowed down around 7:30 PM. We used that time to restock the front area—something we hadn't had a chance to do earlier—and I checked to make sure everything was set for the night shift.
