WEDNESDAY 9.3.26 BOH AM WILL

Notes about the shift in general:

We started off the day with deliveries from BEK and Houston Avocado. We had two deferred orders, one due at 10:50, one at 5pm. Both were completed on time. It was a slow shift overall, with not much action outside the deferred orders, slices, and sandwiches. We cooked off two batches of bread this morning. I fixed items that were out of date. Jose, Dina, and Pedro were all out at 3pm.

1.How many pies did we run on the timesheet?
