Notes about the shift in general:   Weather today had some rain showers so started off slow other  then  we did have a 7 pie order to start at 11:30am. Other than that not much for boh. I did have a very small pop in marsal as I ran marsal until 1:30pm and then Wendy took over so I could get some stuff done and worked on. I did put in order for BEK and I did order flour from SOFO as they are 2 dollars less a bag than pfg or bek at the moment. I also called in Houston Deli which I did not order heavy as we are sitting on a bit of provolone and pep along with ham and turkey. It will be a smaller order tomorrow and if need be Monday I can go grab a will call but I think we should be good with what we have on hand and what I ordered for Friday.  Next shift be on the lookout for: Be on look out for quality on produce on salad line as today I did throw out iceberg lettuce as it did not look good. It was in date just does not hold up well ...

Notes about the shift in general:   It was a good close. The day started well with derferred orders. I moved Ronaldo to the roto line and I took over marsal. Before we knew it we were booked out to 12:00 p.m. At our busiest, I had to cover both marsal and assist sub/salad. Leo was absolutely swamped with orders on sub/salad. After the pop, the shift was steady. Will, Juan and Ronaldo were able to put out 35 pies in 25 minutes. The teamwork was absolutely remarkable. We had a late produce truck arrival that caused us to run out of romaine for a short time. I was able to purchase romaine from the store The delivery drivers from Alsco were less than professional. The driver in the morning was frustrated because he could not work the combination on the door and he then started to bang on the window with enough force that Mettler had to admonish him to take it easy. Later i n the afternoon another drive came back to deliver gloves and he was at best curt. I call our rep and informed him...

Notes about the shift in general:  it was a slower one or it felt that was with the new hire training. he did well learning oven and he seemed secure in it. they have training forms tacked on my desk. this form should be given to their trainers at the beginning of the shift. Notes about the shift in general:  It was a good close. Walk-in cooler were clean. It would be helpful if the dough could be organized and color to help expodite the count process in the morning. Notes about the shift in general:  it was a slower shift and we had juan carlos training. it was speed for training and i think he picked up on a lot. i did use today as an office day with wendy down stairs on the floor. things were slow on both ends Next shift be on the lookout for: 1.How many pies did we run on the timesheet?  4 every 5 2. Notes about the shift in general:  it was a busy shift and a lot of stuff was going on while i was trying to get through orientation. it was a bit hectic at one point but with lorena jumoing in to help we pushed through we did have a couple of late pies but they were refires from on lost tocket and one burnt pie Next shift be on the lookout for: 1.How many pies did we run on the timesheet?  2 evry 5 2. Notes about the shift in general:  It was a good close last night. Walk-ins were clean and organized and all items on the prep stations were covered and secured.. the shift started with a small deferred order that got things moving very well. Pedro and Juan work maesal and all pies were cooked out of the marsal except a few that was sent to the rotoflex. Next shift be on the lookout for: Cucumbers, we have enough for the shift tonight and tomorrow, we should just monitor them closely to be sure. 1.How many pies did we run on the timesheet? 2/5 2. The recycling truck experienced mechanical difficulty and that gave me enough time to move the boxes downstairs so that they can be removed with the rest of the recycling.
