We went over the Sicilian proper portion of salsa. They were putting a bit too much
Idael was a strong player tonight. He was ontop of things
Lino did well keeping dish pit organized. He also took care of Sicilian in Mateo absence
Henry NCNS and we had Lorena come in to work slices. She did well I'm both cooking pies and holding down slices. Mettler helped us run slices until she got here! I appreciate him so much for it!
Please monitor Lorenas hours so that she doesn't go into overtime
Jordan did notice schedule changes that were made a few days ago and did not initially come in for his shift. He was able to come in a little after 7
Mateo went home sick at the beginning of his shift
I let idael know that I appreciated him having integrity in his work today

- Night stayed off ruff with us down 3 people but we were able to reduce one Jordan and Lorena for there around 7
- It was a slower night but with the abseltv people as well as the cut staff the kitchen didn't feel it
