Notes about the shift in general: It was a good close last night. The shift started with three deferred orders. All orders went out on time. The shift also had a thirty cookie order that depleted the on-hand count, so we had to lower the temperature of the top marsal oven and bake some more cookies. The rest of the shift was steady with good pops. Next shift be on the lookout for: Ranch packets needed for 6 in 1 is not in stock with vendor 1. How many pies did we run on the timesheet? 4/5 2.
