Notes about the shift in general:
Starting my shift, arriving, I was in the salad bar for an hour because today there was a change with the schedules, it is more comfortable because there are people at each station because Danilo came in at 3 like me and at that time it was very slow like that I went to check what was missing to be able to start the shift and if it was missing like the green pepper there was nothing and I sent Danilo to cut more and to test that it is very slow we were doing a lot of preparation I also made the list for the the preparer who arrived at 4:30 and when Evelin arrived at her station already at 4 then I went in front because the person on the shift in front arrived at 6 and that's how I was during that time and I went to check the dressings They also had a good flavor, the pizza sauce and everything had a very good flavor and at 5 o'clock it started to be very busy also in front. It was already at 6 o'clock the person who works in front came in and from there I went to help covering and Also helping with the oven, at around 7 o'clock I sent everyone to their breaks and at that time it got busier and I was stretching and Evelin helped me when she could and so we were in motion during that hour and they ended up like a 9 o'clock from there I saw that they could handle it I went up to take my break and when I came down I helped them a little from there I went to fill all the condiments that we use such as red pepper and black pepper and oregano then they changed some leibos that It was bad and I had to give it another day and that's how my turn was for today.

Well, today was a very good movement, all the pizzas came out quite well, the tickets came out in order with every minute exactly and the waiters did a very good job, they did not make a mistake with any ticket, everything went quite well, not a single pizza came out on the fly, there was no overbooking at all. They worked very well, more than anything, they had very good communication.
