Notes about the shift in general:
Decent day, busier than the rest of the week, all stations had pop. We started with a 21-pie, 4 party salad, 81 garlic knot order at 11am that went out without issue. I had one extra Leo today so he helped with the large order this morning and then was on cleaning detail. He cleaned all of the shelves in both coolers, mop the floors, and help me take off and clean the air vent covers. Pedro was able to start getting ahead on prep for the weekend.

Awesome sicilians. Evan's house pies were a little less than perfect but he's getting better and I keep giving him feedback, Pedro's were perfect as ever. Dressings and sauce approved.4. Sales for the shift:
