TUESDAY 11/25/2025 BOH PM RONALDO
Notes about the shift in general:
Starting our shift today, things went pretty well. We were always busy, and when the afternoon shift arrived, I took my break. When I came downstairs, I placed an order for a Houston avocado pizza for tomorrow. Things were a little quiet after that, so we made a cherry pepper pizza. Around 5:00, things got really busy; we were selling a lot of pizzas, so I started helping out. Around 6:00, when the afternoon break started, things got busier. The salad bar was also selling a lot of sandwiches, but we had Lety working extra today, so there were no problems. All the tickets were processed on time, and the whole team took their break. Then I started checking to make sure nothing was missing for tonight, and we also restocked the front counter a little more since it was selling well. Then I told Gabino to leave the oven door open because they're coming to check tonight, and that's how I finished my shift.
