Notes about the shift in general:
Day time was very steady: no real pops, just a constant trickle for all stations. Tablet orders are starting to come in for the 4:30-6pm block. I used my downtime to finalize the schedule, place a produce order for Friday, and organize all areas. I made sure stations and prep are good for tonight. It should be a busy second half of the shift.
