10/29/26 Thursday Mid w/Raymond

Notes about the shift in general: When I arrived, the dumpster was closed and locked.  I walked the perimeter and everything was in order, with the exceptions of the two sinkholes on the Winbern sidewalk entrance. Mike will be in tomorrow to fix the leaking faucets. The planter were installed today. Our new cook Blake Canales completed his new hire paperwork today.

I walked the store and confirmed inventory. The BEK and Hilltop Deli orders were entered.  I am working on the Food Labor spreadsheet. UberEats is dispatching bike operators to deliver pies. Fowler is handling this issue. The shift had large orders that went out on time.  Due to Vote 4 Slices, an additional cook was added for 11/3/26. It promises to be a busy day, based on the number of early voters coming in. All invoices were scanned to XtraChef.  Breaks started at 6:00 p.m. and ended at 8:00 p.m. All team members took their breaks.

Next shift be on the lookout for:

Keep a close eye on the Toast Deferred orders and SnapShot. Look for any discrepancies. I need all Shift Leads on heightened alert regarding deferred orders. We cannot miss any orders or fall short of our guests' expectations.
