FRIDAY 10.2.26 BOH AM WILL
Notes about the shift in general:
Good Friday. We started off with deliveries from BEK, Houston Avocado, Houston Deli, and Alsco. One broken buttermilk was added to the credit tracker. I helped put away and organize the deliveries, made garlic knots with Gerardo, then helped the team set up for the day. It was a steady shift with each station receiving some of the action, lots of 6+ pie tickets all day long, slices were moving, and there the crew knocked out a ton of prep. I went over everything that happened this week with Ronaldo. We also checked the ceiling, there was no water in the bins for the first time in awhile, so we closed it back up. Fully stocked Marsal for the PM.
