Thursday 10.30.26 BOH AM Will
Notes about the shift in general:
Solid shift. Busy from start to finish. We started out with a delivery from PFG, the driver came at 8am. They re-delivered cherry peppers that we sent back as unusable. I recognized my handwriting. There was also a broken case of Galbani. The driver took both and would put in credits for both as damaged. The rep later brought by the missing items. The Houston Avocado rep brought by the romaine that we were shorted but we will still be waiting until tomorrow for replacement pears. Our order from Southern Spices also came in.
There were deferred orders due at open, a larger deferred order due at 2:45pm. All went out without issue. We had a good chunk of prep. Dough team had extra dough. Slices stayed moving all day long. Everyone got their break. The I finished my shift by helping restock Marsal, washing Romaine, and ordering from Houston Avocado.
