WEDNESDAY 10.28.26 BOH AM WILL
Notes about the shift in general:
Started off the day putting away and organizing deliveries from BEK and HA. There were some issues with the HA delivery noted below. We had two bread batches to cook off, and dough team had extra dough to make. We had 3 small deferred orders to start, two were due at 10:30pm. Diligent was here on time today and the orders went out without issue. Around noon the slice rush started. Overall a steady but not busy day. Team got ahead on prep. I ordered oregano and vanilla.

1.How many pies did we run on the timesheet?
42. KMOD stuff:
Houston Avocado did not have Romaine to drop off today. We should be through most of tomorrow with what we have prepped. I also noticed that they had delivered us Bartlett Pears instead of D'Anjou. I followed up with the rep. They should be able to deliver these to us tomorrow.3. Food stuff:
Ok rise on the Sicilians. It was cold in the building when I arrived and I raised the temp right away. By opening they were passable but still on the low side. Pies were looking good in general. Dressings were on point.4. Sales for the shift:
