11/03/26 Tuesday Mid w/Raymond
Notes about the shift in general: When I arrived, the dumpster was closed and locked. I walked the perimeter and everything was in order, with the exceptions of the two sinkholes on the Winbern sidewalk entrance. Mike will be here tomorrow to show us how to fix the leaking faucets. The planters are a little more work than originally expected. The planter sits on the inside of the walkway. When the drip line starts, it takes hours for the excess water to drain. Someone will have to go out and squeegee the water down the walkway every 30 minutes.
I walked the store and confirmed inventory. I entered the BEK truck order. I am working on the Food Labor spreadsheet. I printed the procedure for the Large Order, laminated it and placed it by the phone in the Shift Lead's office. The shift was very busy with the vote 4 slices. The team did very well and moved with the utmost efficiency. We had quite a few first-time guests for the free slices. Breaks started at 6:00 p.m. and ended at 8:00 p.m. All team members took their breaks.
Next shift be on the lookout for:
Keep a close eye on the Toast Deferred orders and SnapShot. Look for any discrepancies. I need all Shift Leads on heightened alert regarding deferred orders. We cannot miss any orders or fall short of our guests' expectations.

2. KMOD stuff:
* Please continue to challenge PAR bake on the house pies.
* FOH please go over the deferred orders with the k-mods.
* Please remember to keep the Marsal slice tracker updated.
3. Food stuff:
* We went through a lot of product today. I am going to have to replenish some items tomorrow.
* The ticket for a 15 pie order was missed placed causing the order to go out 25 minutes late. I looked for the ticket, but I was unable to find it.
* I know everyone is working very hard on keeping up with large orders and deferred orders. Please follow the procedure provided by Fowler.
