11/4/26 Wednesday Mid w/Raymond
Notes about the shift in general: When I arrived, the dumpster was closed and locked. I walked the perimeter and everything was in order, with the exceptions of the two sinkholes on the Winbern sidewalk entrance. Mike was here to fix the leaking faucets. I covered the seal replacement with Mike and next time I'll take a shot at replacing the seals. The schedules for the FOH and BOH Managers were published.
I walked the store and confirmed inventory. I entered the PFG truck order. I am working on the Food Labor spreadsheet. I printed the procedure for the Large Order, laminated it and placed it by the phone in the Shift Lead's office. Des is coming along very well in her FOH training. Breaks started at 6:00 p.m. and ended at 8:00 p.m. All team members took their breaks.
