MONDAY 11/2/2026 BOH PM RONALDO
Notes about the shift in general:
The shift started off well; the day went quite smoothly. At times, a large number of pizza slices were going out. We finished up some prep work, then restocked the front pizza display. Leo and Juan left at three o'clock. Will and I stayed on until the afternoon crew arrived; I helped restock a few more pizzas for the front. Things were a bit relaxed, so I had someone prepare a "Cherry Pepper" pizza, and Evelin worked on getting more sandwich wraps ready. As the workload gradually picked up, I helped with covering pizzas and stretching dough. From six o'clock onwards, I began coordinating breaks. Everyone on the team took their break, and I checked to ensure everything was in order.
