Notes about the shift in general:

I was expecting crickets following a busy weekend and free slice day, but I'm happy to report it was a solid shift. We started off with deliveries from BEK and Houston Avocado. We had one deferred order to start the shift. Blake started training on salad/sandwich today. Leo is a excellent trainer and Blake is a good trainee so it was a smooth shift. I printed a salad builds sheet for Blake. I spent the morning consolidating training materials. I will put together a sandwich guide tomorrow. I also translated the prep lists into Spanish and worked on SL opening guide for Pedro. After that I helped out on the line. All stations were firing through the lunch rush. Salad/sandwich kept moving all morning. There were multiple large pizza tickets for the line for the first hour. Slices were steady. New shelves look great.
